This part of South Eastern Alarms was set up to help you, the viewer / customer. You will find very useful tutorials here. More tutorials will be added over time, so check this section occasionally.

Tutorial #1 "Enabling Active-X On Your Web Browser":

To setup activex to connect to the camera server:

• Open internet explorer, go to tools, then internet options.
• Next, click on the "Security Tab", on that page and go down near the bottom.
• Click custom level, scroll down that page to "activex controls" and plugins.
• On the first box click "enable".
• Second box enable
• Third box enable
• Fourth box enable
• Fifth box enable
• Sixth box enable
• Seventh box enable
• Eigth box enable
• Leave the rest as is, click "OK", then "Apply", then "OK" again to leave menu.
• Then login to the server as you do on the other computers, it should prompt you to install the activex controls.
• Just follow the onscreen prompts.
• And then you are done.
